If you are feeling stuck on something technical and you need advice on how to get over your problem book a session with the expert here. Shane Fero can help. In these sessions you will either be given verbal advice, or you can work on the torch and Shane will help identify your problem areas. Generally 1 hour sessions are reserved for those who need deeper one on one help. If you are a frustrated flameworker and you are feeling stuck on something technical and you need advice on how to get over your problem just book a session with the experts here. Often (but not always these sessions are utilised by the student whilst sitting at their own torch. ZGS tech support can help you rig an easy camera set-up of you working on your torch, thereafter Shane will help identify your problem areas through watching you. These sessions are a fabulous way of pulling you out of troublesome, repetitive bad habits. We also record these troubleshooting sessions for you. This recording can be kept forever as a reference to go back to whenever you come up against a similar problem. Shane Fero has 53 years experience as a lampworker and can help with all solid work and blowing questions in any glass type. Shane is available in the early afternoon on Tuesdays (EST)
