Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at ZGS.​ If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are surprised but we are at your service and here to help.

Returns

​

Most of our products are digital and are non-returnable. If you have purchased tools and are not completely satisfied with your purchase please firstly contact us on info@julieannedenton.com to see if we can find a suitable solution to resolve your issue. In case your issue cannot be resolved you have ​30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When sending your item it must be in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. Should your item arrive damaged please take a picture of the item immediately and send it to us, as we need this picture for our insurance company. Thereafter send the the item back to us as per the returns policy.

 

​Refunds

 

On received digital products refunds are not available except in extenuating circumstances.

For physical products offered by ZGS, once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through bank transfer or via Stripe our Credit Card processing facility. You will receive the credit within 10 working days.​

 

Shipping returns

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​-refundable as a rule, but for the return of broken items your postage costs will be refunded.
